Water is not unlimited, careful planning leads to better supply and less demand.

Green is not a luxury, but a necessity of life.

CO2 affects our way of life, therefore it must be controlled.

Finally, development might be necessary, but careless ones should be avoided and banned if necessary.

Land use decisions can be and should be monitored and to some extent to guided through informed structure.
